Really great mp3's for people studying japanese

I just found these mp3's. They are great if you want to top up your textbook studies with some real-world examples.

Greetings,
I live in Lansing, Michigan, USA and enjoy reading your blog. I have visited Japan (primarily Kyoto) 3 times and enjoy the traditional shrines, temples and gardens. I was exploring blogs one day when I stumbled across yours. I just thought I'd say hello and wish you both well. I enjoy reading your site and vicariously visiting Japan.
Sincere Best Wishes, Diana

Hi Diana!
The original intention for this blog was purely for friends and family back home (and to maintain a nice record too). I am extremely happy that it's of interest to you. We haven't made it to Kyoto yet but we are looking forward to going in the near future. Can you recommend any particular shrines, temples, or gardens?

I will look through my travel notes to see if I can suggest some good places to visit outside of the normal Kyoto tourist spots. Last year there were two shrine sales during my visit. It was fun to browse and shop the unusual selection of items--some new and much old.
I especially enjoyed your post on ordering beer. I would often purchase a bottle from a vending machine for pre-sleep refreshment. Thanks to you, I'll be able to order properly on my next visit! More soon. In the meantime, best wishes! Diana
